Yevgeny Primakov passed away

Today, one of the most prominent government leaders, former Head of the Russian Government, Yevgeny Maksimovich Primakov, passed away.  

We express our condolences to his relatives, family, and to everyone who had a chance to know him. This is undoubtedly a huge loss not only for our country, but for the entire world.

The team of Non-profit Partnership was lucky to work with Yevgeny Maksimovich while he was a Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Navigation and information systems" in 2011-2012. He was an incredibly involved person with a sharp and alive eye to our business problems, which were minor, compared to his experience.

Under his guidance, we did a lot for the development of GLONASS navigation technologies in Russia and for the ERA-GLONASS project. The contribution of Yevgeny Maksimovich is invaluable. He was our mentor and our great friend.

Scrupulous, honest, wise, caring, strong – a Man with a capital "M"!

We condole with the family and the relatives on their loss.
