The subscriber base of MTS Group increased by 3.2% in Q3 2014
The consolidated subscriber base of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (NYSE: MBT), the leading telecommunications group in Russia and the CIS, in Q3 2014 increased by 3.2% qoq to 99.83 million.
In Q3 2014 MTS has moved to a three-month subscriber base reporting methodology instead of the six-month method previously used. The number of subscribers has been retrospectively recalculated to show the relevant dynamics of the data.

- in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region increased by 1.5% qoq to 3.96 million
- in other regions of Russia increased by 4.1% qoq to 55.67 million
